Mental Block Games started as a small independent Game Development Studio that started with a few UCSC grads who needed something to keep themselves busy after the 2020 school year and all the crazy shenanigans that came with that year.

We are dedicated to making games in different directions that aim to provoke critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, all while providing a unique experience to those who seek them.
We want to create experiences that are unique and will hopefully have you invest yourself further into those experiences.
ACCESSIBILITY
It doesn’t matter who you are or how you play, we want people to play with whom they want to play on whatever they want to play.
Obviously, there are difficulties with trying to accommodate all situations and playstyles but. with your help and with enough commitment, we're up for the challenge.
VOICES
Great ideas can come from anywhere. Every team member is encouraged to speak up, listen, be respectful of other opinions, and embrace criticism.
Team members are also encouraged to work pitch game ideas to everyone else in the team. Every game has potential for growth.
